CENTURY 21 PORTUGUÊS SURREALISM EM BERLIM 

A Galeria de Arte Fellini, no centro de Berlim, vai acolher uma exposição de 21st Century Surrealismo Português

De 10 de outubro a 20 de dezembro a Galeria de Arte Fellini irá acolher a iniciativa de Santiago Ribeiro   Surrealismo Português do Século 21, em Berlim. O projeto estará exibindo selecione obras de seis artistas surrealistas portugueses no centro de Berlim, na Alemanha. A abertura está prevista para 19:00 pm em 10 de Outubro de 2013.

Santiago Ribeiro é um pintor surrealista de Coimbra, Portugal, conhecida mundialmente pela Surrealism Now projeto e para sua pintura surreal.

O artista plástico foi convidado pela galeria Fellini, com sede em Berlim, a desenvolver uma iniciativa que culminou na exposição "Surrealismo Português do Século 21", composto por vários artistas, como Victor Lages, Paula Rosa, Isabel Meyrelles, Hélio Cunha e João Carvalho .

Surrealism Now and 21st Century Surrealismo Português

A primeira exposição sob o título de "Surrealismo Internacional Now" teve lugar em Coimbra, em 2010, organizada pela Fundação Bissaya Barreto, com sede naquela cidade.

Seguido por outras exposições em Portugal, nomeadamente em Conímbriga, Setúbal e Lisboa, mas também em Paris e Madrid. Actualmente, a exposição inclui mais de trinta países e mais de cinquenta obras de arte, incluindo desenhos, fotografia, novas mídias e esculturas, criadas por artistas de renome internacional.

Como resultado da implementação do projecto Surrealismo Agora, surgiu a 21st Century Surrealismo Português. Depois de ser realizada em Lisboa, dirige agora para a Galeria de Fellini, com o apoio da Embaixada de Português em Berlim.

A Galeria de Arte Fellini

 

Fellini Gallery foi fundada em 2008 em Xangai, na China, por um produtor de cinema e amante da arte, inspirado pelas obras do lendário cineasta italiano Federico Fellini. A galeria é um salão de arte, onde os artistas e amantes da arte podem se reunir para trocar idéias e ao progresso. A sua localização excepcional e lista dinâmica de artistas rapidamente trouxe a galeria para a atenção da cena artística internacional. Seu sucesso rápido em Xangai, levou à criação de uma segunda galeria na nova capital artística da Europa: Berlim. 
Fellini Gallery em Berlim, está localizado no coração da cidade e mantém o espírito da galeria Shanghai originais. Apresenta uma ampla gama de trabalho nas artes plásticas da pintura, fotografia e escultura, mas também de mídia de performance e novas. Tem fortes ligações com artistas e colecionadores em Los Angeles e China, buscando descobrir novos talentos a nível internacional. Ela é especializada em exposições de arte e de promoção, consultoria de arte e design de interiores. 
Fellini Gallery realiza eventos e colabora com museus, câmaras, bibliotecas e outras galerias. Seus participantes são colecionadores, artistas, amantes da arte, críticos e especialistas de várias indústrias criativas. 
O objetivo de Fellini é sonhar, inspirar e criar.

Sobre os artistas:

Hélio Cunha, a partir de Lisboa, proprietário de um pensamento surrealista completa, tanto na pintura e na escrita. Sendo bem conhecida em Portugal tem vivido entre os surrealistas portugueses mais importantes. Recentemente expôs seu trabalho em Lisboa com Cruzeiro Seixas, a vida mais reconhecido surrealista de Portugal.

Isabel Meyrelles nasceu em Matosinhos e vive em Paris desde 1950, onde continuou seus estudos na Université René Descartes - Paris V - Sorbonne, Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts e também com o mestre Zadkine no Grande-Chaumière, em Paris.

Ela era um membro do movimento surrealista francês eo Movimento Surrealista Português, vive e trabalha entre artistas como André Breton, Anne Ethuin, António Pedro, O'Neill, Cesariny e Cruzeiro Seixas, e também com Eugénio de Andrade e Natália Correia, desde a poesia também faz parte de sua vida.

Paula Rosa, de Lisboa, destaca-se por sua arte digitais fabuloso e ela está fascinado para as artes visuais, design, poesia e música. Ela se formou em ambos Pedagógico Media Design "e em" Equipamento e Espaço Design "e tem organizado e participado em conferências, workshops e uma variedade de outros projectos em Portugal, na Suécia e nos EUA

João Carvalho, vive perto de Lisboa e criou sua pintura surrealista na companhia de outros artistas que criam fantásticas e imaginativas obras de arte. Ele é uma referência a ter em conta já que ele tem se destacando em muitas das exposições em que participou.

Victor Lages, a partir de Lisboa, tem colaborado com Santiago Ribeiro em alguns dos "Surrealism Now" Internacional shows. Ele é o criador do projeto "Utopia" e ele é bem conhecido por sua vasta e variada obra, como arte pública, murais, esculturas e arte sacra em igrejas. Seus trabalhos freqüentemente contêm a figura humana e retratam temas relacionados com a vida, a humanidade através de símbolos e fantasia onírica.

Santiago Ribeiro, o artista Português, nascido em Condeixa-a-Nova e viver em Coimbra, tem mostrado suas obras com grande regularidade em Portugal e em outros países europeus, incluindo Lisboa, Paris, Belgrado, Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Granada, Moscou, Varsóvia , Florence, Podgorica, Montenegro, Timisoara, na Roménia e Dallas, no Texas. The Fellini Art Gallery in center of Berlin , will host an Exhibition of 21st Century Portuguese Surrealism

Berlin, Germany September 25th 2013

From October 10th to December 20th the Fellini Art Gallery will host Santiago Ribeiro´s initiative  21st Century Portuguese Surrealism in Berlin. The project will be exhibiting select works of 6 Portuguese surrealists artists in the center of Berlin, Germany. The opening is scheduled for 19:00 pm on October 10, 2013.

Santiago Ribeiro is a surrealist painter from Coimbra, Portugal, known worldwide for the Surrealism Now project and for his surreal painting.

The plastic artist was invited by the Fellini gallery, based in Berlin, to develop an initiative that culminated in the exhibition "21st Century Portuguese Surrealism", comprised of various artists such as Victor Lages, Paula Rosa, Isabel Meyrelles, Hélio Cunha and João Carvalho.

Surrealism Now and 21st Century Portuguese Surrealism

The first exhibition under the title of "International Surrealism Now" took place in Coimbra, in 2010, organized by the Bissaya Barreto Foundation, based in that city.

Followed by other exhibitions in Portugal, namely in Conímbriga, Setúbal and Lisbon, but also in Paris and Madrid. At present, the exhibition comprises more than thirty countries and more than fifty artworks, including drawings, photography, new media and sculpture, created by internationally renowned artists.

As a result of implementing the project Surrealism Now, emerged the 21st Century Portuguese Surrealism. After be held in Lisbon heads now to the Fellini Gallery, with the support of the Portuguese Embassy in Berlin.

ABOUT the ARTISTS:

Hélio Cunha, from Lisbon, owner of a complete surrealist thought, both in painting and in writing. Being well-known in Portugal has lived among the most prominent Portuguese surrealists. Recently exhibited his work in Lisbon with Cruzeiro Seixas, the most recognized living surrealist from Portugal.

Isabel Meyrelles was born in Matosinhos and lives in Paris since 1950, where she continued her studies at Université René Descartes - Paris V - Sorbonne, Ecole Nationale Superíeure des Beaux-Arts and also with master Zadkine at the Grande-Chaumière in Paris.

She was a member of the French Surrealist Movement and the Portuguese Surrealist Movement, living and working among artists such as André Breton, Anne Ethuin, António Pedro, O'Neill, Cesariny and Cruzeiro Seixas, and also with Eugénio de Andrade e Natália Correia, since poetry is also part of her life.

Paula Rosa, from Lisbon, stands out by her fabulous digital art and she's fascinated for the visual arts, design, poetry and music. She graduated both in Pedagogical Media Design" and in "Equipment and Space Design" and has organized and participated in conferences, workshops and a variety of other projects in Portugal, Sweden and in the U.S.A.

João Carvalho, lives near Lisbon and has created his surrealist painting in the company of other artists who create fantastic and imaginative artwork. He's a reference to take into account since he has standing out in many of the exhibitions in which he has participated.

Victor Lages, from Lisbon, has collaborated with Santiago Ribeiro in some of the "International Surrealism Now" shows. He's the creator of the "Utopia" project and he's well-known by his vast and varied work, such as public art, murals, sculptures and sacred art in churches. His artworks frequently contain the human figure and portray life-related themes, Humanity through symbols and oniric fantasy.

Santiago Ribeiro, the Portuguese artist, born in Condeixa-a-Nova and living in Coimbra, has shown his artworks with great regularity in Portugal and in other European countries, including Lisbon, Paris, Belgrade, Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Moscow , Warsaw, Florence, Podgorica, Montenegro, Timisoara in Romania and Dallas in Texas. He is the driving force and the promoter of the international project "Surrealism Now", which started in 2010, organized by the Bissaya Barreto Foundation.

The exhibition can be visited from Tuesdays to Saturdays: from 11am to 7pm

daily from October 10th to December 20th, 2013. Closed on Mondays and Sundays.
