Best of the USA
Deadline: May 26, 2012 - Call for Submissions
Art Affiair Gallery presents a call for submission of original works of art for "Best of the USA," including, but not limited to painting, sculpture, glasswork, ceramics, drawing, and assemblage. Our goal is to have art from across the USA.
The exhibit will be held in our gallery in the heart of Historic Downtown Sanford, FL as well as on our gallery website, www.artaffairgallery.com, and in our exhibition binder which will be available for viewing in the gallery during and after the show. Artist's bios, statements and images provided by the artist of their works will be included.
Eligibility:Artists at least 18 years of age from within the United States are eligible to participate in the juried competition.
Categories:Open to any medium.
Awards:The Best of the Show in wall and sculpture catagories will receive a two person show in our Studio Gallery.
Fees & Commission:$40/2 works. The gallery will take a 40% commission on artwork we sell. All art must be available for sale for the duration of the exhibition.
Exhibition Dates: - June 2, 2012, through July 7, 2012
- Artist's Reception: Thursday, June 14, 6-8 pm
- Art Walk: Exhibiton Awards Presented: Friday, 22, 2012, 6-8 pm (Awards at conclusion)
- Voting in the Gallery from June 2 through June 22 by our visitors to the gallery.
